Raymond is a student-turned Libertine following The First Riot.
Along with a number of friends, he was responsible for the staging of the First Riot and was its primary speaker. He called for the release of William Grant, the truth concerning the missing Hoyle family, and a just and democratic society.
When the Brigade attempted to close the protest down, Raymond publicly humiliated the offending officers by refusing to step down. After the riot began Raymond was fortunate to escape with his life and was immediately contacted by the Libertines and brought into protective custody.
He made his second public appearance at The Third Riot and again escaped after the shooting began.
His current whereabouts are unknown.
