Childhood and Family Life
Eden was born in the loveless family of Alexander Street and the girlfriend whom he didn’t care about, but was with anyway, because his father approved of her. While to the outside world, they looked like a normal family, happy even, nobody was. Kelly Mitchell, her mother wanted to be loved by Xander, and hoped their baby would make things better, but it didn’t change him. Alexander didn’t want a kid, and didn’t even like kids, but once again, he just went with the flow. And the whole household situation was anything but fruitful for a baby to grow up in.
When Eden started going to school, she found herself in the middle of a bunch of toddlers, bragging about their father, and while Eden had some things to brag with – her father had joined the SWAT- she just started developing a sharp tongue, tearing down every single one of the fathers that were bragged about. She figured that if she didn’t deserve a real family, none of those toddlers did, and she had developed that thought on a very early age.
Not that much later, Alexander killed a man in a bar fight and he was sent to a mental health facility. Her mother told Eden that her dad had gone on a trip around the world, to see where he could take them, and even now still, Eden does not know the truth about what her father did then. It was the first time that she actually felt proud about her father, as she thought he was looking out for her. For the first time.
Teenage years
Years went by, and her father never returned. It had taken her mother even a year to realize he had left the facility, but didn’t come home anyway. Kelly never told her daughter this and claimed that he was still travelling, until Eden started asking more questions. At the age of 13, she learned that her father had left them, and was furious at both him and her mother. She couldn’t understand what she had done wrong for her dad to act like that, and she couldn’t understand that her mother would lie about something like that, for years and years. It was the beginning of her rebellious life…
Confused and wrecked by all these revelations, Eden started getting in all kinds of troubles teenagers regularly got into. She skipped classes and switched courses often, and hung out with the very popular, but oh so useless crowd. Eden gave her mother a hell of a hard time, and she felt bad about it, figuring she didn’t deserve that, but at the same time, she didn’t seem to be able to brighten up towards her. It broke her heart, and she hated how she had become… and she knew exactly who to blame.
Gaimen City
She had been searching around the internet for a while, never really finding something on her father. When she got a random internet geek to help her, she quickly knew all there was to know about her father’s whereabouts, and developed a master plan to make him pay. She left everything she owned and disappeared from her home like a thief in the night, informing no one that she was heading for Gaimen City… Heading for her dad…
Upon arriving in the City, Eden hesitated to go confront him, having issues with just how real it all was now. She accepted some small jobs while waiting, to pay for her hotel room. The photography job she got from Simon Halloran was only one of those. When she learned Alexander was in the hospital after a big car accident, Eden figured this was the best time to confront him…
Love Life
Quickly matured and a rebelious teen, Eden got involved with boys and partying at a very young age. Even though she tends to get loney at times, she never found a single one of those 'love affairs' worth remembering, and absolutely nothing to last.
